E-rate Update - Instructions on Viewing Webcast of E-rate Conference

If you are planning to view the live webcast of the PDE's E-rate Conference, being held on Friday, January 9, beginning at 10:00 a.m., please follow these instructions:
Download and install the free Realplayer Software that is available on the E-rate Homepage, if you don't already have it loaded on your computer. If you have technical problems, go to [service.real.com] for technical support.
A few minutes before the webcast begins, return to the PDE E-rate Homepage and click on "View Webcast".
You will then be asked to complete a brief registration/survey that will help us realize how many people are taking advantage of the webcast instead of driving to Harrisburg.
When you submit the completed registration/survey, you will be sent directly to the Webcast Center where you will find a prominent link to the live webcast of the E-rate Conference.
