DOWNLINK SITES AVAILABLE FOR NOVEMBER 9TH SATELLITE TRAINING

The Schools and Libraries Corporation is airing a special satellite video training conference for E-rate vendors and their customers on November 9,
1998, from 1pm to 5pm EST. The videoconference will cover each step of the E-rate process from funding commitments through implementation of
discounts, with a special focus on the important roles that both vendors and applicants play in each step.

The November 9 videoconference will be available on C-Band in analog format on Galaxy 6, Channel 12 Vertical, 99 degrees west at 3940 Mhz. Audio is
available at 6.8 Mhz. PBS is the uplink company. The name of the program is *Getting Paid: E-rate for Vendors.* A test signal will air at 12:30pm
EST. Technical questions can be addressed to Richard Shahan or Ben Swecker at 800-609-2680 or 703-791-7328. During the videoconference, viewers will
have the opportunity to fax in questions toll-free to SLC presenters at 800-228-6302. The videoconference will also be taped, and tapes will be
available on a free loan basis upon request after the broadcast.

Below, please find a list to date of the sites offering to downlink the broadcast and make space available for those who do not have
videoconferencing capabilities. Schools and Libraries Corporation is very appreciative to all who have agreed to provide this opportunity for others.
Those desiring to view the broadcast at one of the locations should contact the person(s) listed to make necessary arrangements.
