Message Posted March 19, 1999

The Schools and Libraries Division has planned a free 2-hour teleconference on Monday, March 22 from 1:00 - 3:00 to assist applicants with completing
their Form 471 applications. This broadcast should be especially helpful to new applicants and to applicants who had their applications denied in
the first year. We will be viewing the broadcast at the Department of Education on the 11th floor if anyone would like to join us. -- Julie
