Sample Income Surveys Needed

Dear E-rate Coordinators:
During my recent E-rate workshops, I explained that schools could survey
their students to determine family income levels in order to get more
accurate National School Lunch eligibility, and therefore higher discounts.
Several schools have asked for sample surveys that they could use in their
institutions. If you have surveyed your students and would like to share
your survey with me, I'll pass them along to those schools, and also will
post one or two on the E-rate web site for everyone to view.
