Year 2: Wave 20a E-rate Funding Commitments Listed
Message Posted December 21, 1999

~ TODAY IS FINAL DAY TO SUBMIT 470 FOR YEAR 3 ~
~~ What to do if you weren't listed in any waves ~~

Although Wave 20 was supposed to be the final wave, there are a few stragglers that the SLD has just approved (wave 20a), and they are listed at the bottom of this message. There likely will a wave 20b issued within the next few days.

* If you received a Receipt Acknowledgement Letter but were not listed in any of the 20 waves, the SLD is instucting applicants to call the Client Service Bureau at 888-203-8100. Please have available your Billed Entity Number, and your 470 and 471 application number as this will assist them in tracking down your application.

* TODAY is the final day to file a 470 - -and it must be posted online at http://www.sl.universalservice.org. -- and still be able to submit a 471 after 28 days has passed, but before the window closes on Jan. 19, 2000. Remember, this is the time to apply for services you would like discounted from July 1, 2000 - June 30, 2001. The only exception to this rule is if you intend to purchase from the state's PEPPM contract.
