Two More Entities Funded in Year 2 "Window"

Although we thought there only would be 20 "in the window" funding
commitment waves for Year 2, there was a small wave 20a two weeks ago, and
now there is an even smaller wave 20b. I expect that this will be the last.
The SLD now will be turning their attention to funding Year 2 applications
that were received outside the window (after April 6) on a first-come,
first-served basis, and reviewing Year 2 appeals. There likely will be a
few waves of outside the window commitments in January or February.
With this wave, the total for Year 2 "inside the window" commitments is $
55,585,771.98.
