E-rate Entity Numbers Now Online

The SLD has just posted entity numbers in order to assist schools and libraries submit E-rate application forms. As you know, each applicant must have an SLD entity number before they apply online or on paper, and entity numbers remain the same from year to year.
There are three files for Pennsylvania entities: Schools (public schools), Libraries, and Other Entities (nonpublic schools, consortia, and others). The entity number files are in Microsoft Excel format and sorted in alphabetical order. If there are public schools or libraries missing, first check the "other entities" file, as they may be inadvertently listed there. If you can't find your entity number on any of the lists, contact the Client Service Bureau at 888-203-8100 to be assigned a number.
