E-rate and eTechPlanner Workshops Update

Many of you have called and said that the links to register for the
eTechPlanner and E-rate for Beginners trainings aren't working.
We've found that on some browsers, an extra '/' is needed. Therefore,
please use the following links to register for either of these trainings:
