I have spoken with many schools and libraries that are wondering how to get Verizon and AT&T BEAR signatures. For your convenience, the following is information for each of these entities. Please note: Verizon has several entities -- be careful to choose the correct one.
AT&T
Simply go to www.att.com/erate and click on 'Signed BEAR Form.' They have made it VERY simple. Just print off this pre-signed certification page, attach it to your BEAR Form and mail to the SLD.
