Yr 2 Out of Window Funds Remain for 16 PA Schools

Although most of you are focused on Year 6 E-rate applications, there is a deadline for 16 PA entities that had approved Year 2 Out of Window Requests who still haven't received reimbursement (or their service providers didn't submit invoices, but not likely).

Because these FCDLs were issued so late, you have some extra time to submit your BEARs for these FRNs. I've attached a spreadsheet showing which entities are affected, and whether a 486 still needs filed, and how much was committed. In some cases, districts have until January 28, 2003 (next Tuesday) to submit the forms... and in other cases, they have until January 28, 2004.

The following entities should review the attached spreadsheet closely, as most have several FRNs pending. Entities that ARE NOT marked with a * have until Jan. 2004 to file.
