Year 5, Wave 30b Funding Issued

The SLD has released a second extra Year 5 wave, known as Wave 30b, worth $244,367.79 for Pennsylvania applicants.
These applicants now have 120 days from the FCDL date to file their Form 486 for these services. And although the deadine to invoice the SLD for Year 5 recurring services is October 28, 2003, these applicants automatically already have an extention. The deadine for their invoices will be 120 days from the date of their 486 Approval Letter (this same extension applies to all FCDLs that are issued on March 1 or later).
