Form 486 and Form 472 (BEAR) Training Scheduled

The deadline for Year 7 (2004-2005) Form 472 BEARs and Year 8 (2005-2006) Form 486s (for wave 1 applicants) is October 28, 2005. And although completion of these forms will be covered in the upcoming E-rate training sessions, those workshops are scheduled after these forms are due.
Therefore I have scheduled two conference calls to walk applicants through completing these forms step-by-step. If you have not yet completed the Form 486 or the Form 472 BEAR, and you are unsure how to do so, please dial-in to the appropriate call to walk through the forms. I expect each call to last an hour or less. A few notes:
1) Please be in front of a computer for the trainings and have a copy of your Year 8 funding commitment letter in front of you. If you don't have your funding commitment letter, go to the SLD's Data Retrieval Tool (DRT) to download a spreadsheet of all of your entity's E-rate information for that particular funding year. A tutorial on the DRT is available at: http://www.e-ratepa.org/helpful_docs_data.htm.
2) Please put your phone on mute except during the Q & A period.
3) There is no need to pre-register for either of the calls, but the call bridge is limited to 100 participants.
