Year 10 (2007-08) Wave 15 E-rate Funding Committed

Congratulations to the following 30 Pennsylvania schools and libraries that will be receiving Year 10, Wave 15 E-rate Funding Commitment Letters, totaling $1,164,059.62. A summary of each commitment is listed below. If you find that your funding commitment letter does not arrive in a timely manner, please call the SLD ASAP to get a replacement (888-203-8100). All Year 10 correspondence will be sent in PINK.
A wave will be arriving every week until the Year 10 funding is exhausted. This wave consists of funding for both priority 1 and priority 2 funding. There are many, many more waves coming, and your commitment will be in one of the upcoming waves.
The next step for those entities funded in Waves 1-15 is to file the Form 486 which tells the SLD it's OK to pay invoices, who approved your technology plan, and that you are CIPA compliant. The FY 2007 Form 486 is available at: http://www.sl.universalservice.org/menu.asp and must be filed on or before October 28, 2007, or 120 days after the funding commitment letter date, whichever is later.
