Level 3 (formerly Telcove) is currently notifying customers that they have now consolidated all of their SPINs into a single Level 3 Communications, LLC SPIN. Moving forward, please use 143021460 for all Telcove/Level 3 funding requests.
If you have already filed your FY 2010 Form 471 with a different Telcove/Level 3 SPIN, please make the correction on your Receipt Acknowledgement Letter (RAL) when it arrives in the next few days and fax it back to the SLD.
If you have not yet submitted your FY 2010 Form 471 and you are using Telcove/Level 3 as one of your vendors, please be sure to only use the 143021460 SPIN on your Block 5.
