E-rate Training Materials Available

The bulk of the FY 2012 E-rate Training is now complete and if you missed any of the sessions, the materials presented are now posted on the www.e-ratepa.org website.
• The entire Funding Year 2012 Training Manual is available online as a .PDF document at: http://www.e-ratepa.org/PDF%20of%20FY%202012%20Training%20Binder%20Web.pdf. It's 488 pages, but worth the toner and paper to have it handy in notebook form.
• The Beginner's PowerPoint is Tab 1 in the Training Manual.
• The Veteran's Training PowerPoint and Non-Public Beginner's Training PowerPoint are both available under the Training and Outreach page of the www.e-ratepa.org website at: http://e-ratepa.org/training_outreach.htm.
USAC also has made available resources from their fall trainings:

The topics covered include: Beginners, CIPA Update, Correcting Ministerial and Clerical Errors, Gift Rules, Discount Calculations, Eligible Services, Road to Success, Tips for Success.
For those of you who may be searching for additional training, there will be two workshops presented at the 2012 PETE&C Conference in Hershey. The first workshop will cover the new CIPA law which requires online safety to be taught to all minors, and the second workshop will be a 1-hour beginner's class. Also, E-rate will be presented during the PASBO roundtables at the annual PASBO Conference in Hershey.
