FY 2010 (2010-2011) Invoice Deadline for Certain Priority 2 Applicants

The SLD's deadline to submit invoices is 120 days after the last day to receive service, and the last day to receive service for non-recurring services for FY 2010 was September 30, 2011. Thus, the deadline to submit a BEAR or invoice to the SLD is TODAY, January 30, 2012. In PA, there is more than $528,753 that is yet uncollected and those affected entities are listed below.
* If your school's name is listed below, AND you have received this service or equipment, AND you have paid for this service/equipment in full, you should submit the BEAR today or request an invoice deadline extension.
* If your school's name is listed below and you have received a discounted bill from your vendor, it is up to the vendor to invoice the SLD and you are not required to do anything but make certain the Form 486 was filed with the SLD. However, as a courtesy, you may wish to contact the affected vendor and let them know of today's deadline.
* If your school's name is listed below and you no longer need this money, please complete a Form 500 and submit to the SLD to release funding so it can be available for other deserving applicants. This form also is located on the SLD's website, although you have to fill it out by hand. An easier type-in version is available at: http://www.e-ratecentral.com/formsRack/default.asp.
