Don't Use Firefox Browser to Submit E-rate Apps

Several applicants have reported strange happenings with the Form 471, Block 4 (where the discount given is 20%, no matter what enrollment/NSLP data is entered for the school). It appears this problem occurs if you are using the Firefox browser and not Internet Explorer. The system also does not appear to like Mac's or other browsers.
Also, if you are using Internet Explorer 9.0 and having problems, USAC suggests adding 'www.sl.universalservice.org' to the Compatibility View list of sites. To do so, go to Tools > Compatibility View Settings.
Thanks for bringing these problems to my attention. It wouldn't feel like a true E-rate Window if we didn't experience some IT issues.
