FY 2011, Wave 42 E-rate Funding Committed
April 10, 2012
Congratulations to the following 9 Pennsylvania schools that will be receiving FY 2011, Wave 42 E-rate Funding Commitment Letters, totaling $1,606,974.37. A summary of each commitment is listed below. All FY 2011 correspondence will be sent in BLUE. If your school is listed below, file your 486 now!
A wave will be arriving every week until the FY 2011 funding is exhausted. This wave consists of requests for Priority 1 services (telecom and Internet) and Priority 2 (internal connections).
The next step for those entities funded in Waves 1-42 will be to file the Form 486 which tells the SLD it's OK to pay invoices and that you are CIPA compliant. The Online Form 486 for FY 2011 is available and applicants listed below may file the form NOW. The deadline to file the Form 486 is 120 days from the date of your funding commitment letter or October 28, 2011, whichever is later. For specific information on how to complete the Form 486, see http://e-ratepa.org/Listserve-Archive/2011/06-28-11.html.
