Where is Wave 1 for FY 2012?

Many of you have been asking this question and as of today, a firm date for the Wave 1 release has not been announced. It was originally targeted for early May, but has been pushed back due to internal IT problems that apparently are preventing USAC from printing accurate FCDLs. The good news is that the FCC has approved the release of Wave 1 and we are hopeful that it will be released in the next week assuming the bugs are worked out. In the meantime, if your school or library would like discounted billing for FY 2012, you should be contacting those vendors to make that request. I will send out a separate message that will provide a list of the mostly commonly used vendors in PA and how to request discounted bills for each.
