FY 2011 BEAR/SPI Invoice and FY 2012 Form 486 Deadlines Extended to Jan. 28, 2013

Due to the impact of Hurricane Sandy, USAC has now extended the deadlines for Funding Year 2011 BEAR and SPI invoices, as well as Form 486 submissions until January 28, 2013. USAC is going to automatically make the deadline adjustment for all participants (not just those in the federal disaster areas). For those applicants and service providers that previously submitted invoice deadline extension requests, you should consider those requests automatically granted and submit your invoices now.
For the Form 486, all FY 2012 FRNs were funded in waves 1 - 12 (applicants funded up to and including September 25, 2012) will now have a new Form 486 deadline of January 28, 2013.
In addition, Pennsylvania applicants that need additional time to submit PIA and other USAC deadlines due to the hurricane will be granted extensions of those deadlines upon request.
