FY 2012, Waves 31 and 32 E-rate Funding Committed

Congratulations to the following 11 Pennsylvania schools and libraries that will be receiving FY 2012, Waves 31 and 32 E-rate Funding Commitment Letters, totaling $1,153,308.64. A summary of each commitment is listed below. All FY 2012 correspondence is being sent in YELLOW.
A wave will be arriving every week until the FY 2012 funding is exhausted. This wave consists of requests for Priority 1 services (telecom and Internet) and Priority 2 services (internal connections and basic maintenance). If you were not funded in this wave, don't worry! There will be several more waves coming, and your commitment will be in one of the upcoming waves.
The next step for those entities funded in Waves 1-32 will be to file the Form 486 which tells the SLD it's OK to pay invoices and that you are CIPA compliant. Applicants listed below should file the form NOW. The deadline to file the Form 486 is 120 days from the date of your funding commitment letter or January 28, 2013 (due to Hurricane Sandy), whichever is later.
