Funding Year 2013 Form 471 Filing Window Closes March 14 - Just 16 days left!

First, congratulations to the 430 PA entities (of which 139 are public school districts) that have already submitted and certified their FY 2013 Form 471! WooHoo! Way to go!!!!
For those of you not part of the 471 group, this is your first reminder that the FY 2013 Form 471/Item 21 Attachment Filing Window closes on March 14 (countdown reminders will be sent every few days through the end of the window). No, there is no way to request an extension. Please don't wait until the last week of the window to file your application because traffic is usually extremely heavy which makes the website slow.
Attached to this message is one of the most helpful Form 471 guides on the planet. Please open it, print it, and keep it by your side when completing your Form 471, which I hope is in the next 3 days.
