FY 2012, Waves 42 - 45 E-rate Funding Committed

Although FY 2013 has begun, some applicants are still being funded for FY 2012. I'll continue to send out these commitment notices, but on a monthly instead of a weekly basis.
Congratulations to the following 8 Pennsylvania schools and libraries that will be receiving FY 2012, Waves 42 - 45 E-rate Funding Commitment Letters, totaling $1,671,816.35. A summary of each commitment is listed below. All FY 2012 correspondence is being sent in YELLOW. *Please note that these are FY 2012 funding waves, not FY 2013.*
The next step for those entities funded in these waves is to file the Form 486 which tells the SLD it's OK to pay invoices and that you are CIPA compliant. Applicants listed below should file the form NOW.
