Form 470 Unavailable Tonight; New 470 Available Tomorrow

In order to transition to the new Form 470 that's being released tomorrow, USAC will be taking down the Apply Online page (Form 470 Submission Pages) beginning at 6:00 tonight. During this time, applicants will not be able to file, certify or search for forms online. The revised Form 470 will be available online as of tomorrow, December 20.
If you have started a Form 470 online, you must submit it before 6:00 EST tonight. You should assume that any 'incomplete' forms will not remain available after the new 470 is posted and you will have to start over using the new form.
If you already posted your 470 online, but have not yet certified it, please try to certify it online before 6:00 EST tonight. If you do not have your form certified by 6:00 tonight, you will just need to certify it on paper or online using the revised Form 470 certification page.
The new Form 470 will look nearly identical to the old Form 470 except that the Telecom and Internet sections will be combined to a "Priority 1" section. Current rules permit you to post in either category; the new form just has a single Priority 1 category.
