Dear E-rate Family,<\/em><\/p>\n As many of you who have been in the E-rate family for years know, I love Thanksgiving.\u00a0 It’s a time solely dedicated for family and good food, and most importantly a time to pause and reflect on all the wonderful gifts and blessings in our lives.\u00a0 \u00a0Last year I shared in my Thanksgiving message that I was thankful to be healthy, and so very many of you replied and shared with me your stories of how cancer had touched your lives.\u00a0 Humbled, I was.\u00a0 I’m sorry that I wasn’t able to reply to all of your messages, but please know that I read them all and they are tucked away for safe keeping. \u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n This year I want to pause and give thanks for all of my school, library, service provider and consultant friends – both new and old – who are members of our big E-rate family.\u00a0 The last E-rate funding year has brought the most change in the program’s history – more E-rate funding, new forms, revised eligible services, C2 funding caps with funding guaranteed to all, new strict invoicing deadlines, and of course – EPC!\u00a0 I realize E-rate isn’t easy, and often isn’t the most enjoyable part of your job description.\u00a0 But I thank you for sticking with it for so many years.\u00a0 I will say it again, working with you and for you is the best job a person could want.<\/em><\/p>\n I hope you and your family have a warm, wonderful, healthy Thanksgiving holiday!<\/em><\/p>\n — Julie<\/em><\/p>\n Julie Tritt Schell\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n PA E-rate Coordinator<\/p>\n 717-730-7133 – o penn*link<\/em><\/p>\n\n
