Many, many applicants have reported receiving Server Errors (the “yellow screen of death” as I’ve heard some applicants refer to it) when trying to submit Online Item 21 Attachments this afternoon. I expect the problems will likely continue through tonight. Although the Item 21s are supposed to be submitted by the Form 471 deadline, applicants are always granted limited relief because of these issues. My advice is to turn off your computer and submit the Item 21’s in the morning. In a few weeks, the SLD will determine which FRNs still don’t have Item 21 attachments filed and will give affected applicants a certain number of days to submit. After that deadline, FRNs without Item 21’s will be denied. Please remember, however, the Form 471 still must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. EST tonight (Wednesday, March 26).
