\u00a0<\/strong>Congratulations to the following\u00a030 Pennsylvania schools and libraries that will be receiving FY 2014, Wave 10 E-rate Funding Commitment Letters, totaling $371,678.68! \u00a0A summary of each commitment is listed below.\u00a0 All FY 2014 correspondence will be sent in\u00a0BLUE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A wave will be arriving every week until the FY 2014 funding is exhausted. This wave consists of requests for Priority 1 services (telecom and Internet).\u00a0 If you were not funded in this wave, don’t worry!\u00a0 There are many, many more waves coming, and your commitment will be in one of the upcoming waves.<\/p>\n

The next step for those entities funded in Waves 1-10 will be to file the Form 486 which tells the SLD it’s OK to pay invoices and that you are CIPA compliant.\u00a0 The Online Form 486 for FY 2014\u00a0is available and applicants listed below may file the form NOW as long as your recurring services will begin on or before July 31, 2014. \u00a0\u00a0The deadline to file the Form 486 is 120 days from the date of your funding commitment letter or October 28, 2014, whichever is later.\u00a0 If you’re unsure how to file the Form 486 or which boxes to check, please refer to the Form 486 Guide at \u00a0https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/Listserve-Archive\/2014\/05-16-14_2.html<\/a> and the sample pages attached to that message.<\/p>\n
