For those applicants that are trying to submit Invoice Deadline Extension Requests, please know that the IDER Tool in the Legacy Online BEAR System is giving false denials, saying applicants are beyond their deadline.\u00a0 THIS IS NOT ACCURATE and USAC has told us they will be proactively reaching out to those who have received such denials to give them approvals.\u00a0 They are working to fix the code in the system, but we believe it will be several hours before the issue is resolved.<\/p>\n
The Submit a Question function also was not working this morning, giving applicants \u201cerror\u201d messages when they hit Submit.\u00a0 We\u2019ve been told that this system has been fixed (but we have no idea if it will get sick again).<\/p>\n
