USAC has released FY 2016, Wave 31 E-rate funding commitments, which included 23 applicants, committing $3,905,216.\u00a0 Wave 31 included 16 Category 2 FRNs, worth $1,923,063.\u00a0 A list of the funded applicants is below and a more detailed analysis of this funding wave is attached<\/a>.\u00a0 If you are included on this list, the next step is to log into EPC to “generate” your FCDL (see helpful FCDL Guide at https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/?p=13411<\/a>), then file the Form 486 in EPC (see Form 486 Guide at https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/?p=13591<\/a>), and let your vendors know if you want discounted bills.\u00a0 No paper FCDLs are being mailed for FY 2016.<\/p>\n If you were funded for Category 2, be sure to review the Category 2 E-rate Purchasing Guide https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/?p=13311<\/a> for information on purchase orders, asset inventories, equipment substitutions and equipment transfers, etc.<\/p>\n If you have not yet been funded, please be sure to respond promptly to the PIA inquiries as soon as you receive the e-mail notice (see helpful PIA Review Guide at https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/?p=13451<\/a>) so you can ensure you’re in an upcoming wave. \u00a0\u00a0A funding wave will be released each week until all applications have been processed.<\/p>\n If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me at jtschell@comcast.net<\/a>.<\/p>\n
