Attached:\u00a0Wave 35<\/a><\/p>\n USAC has released FY 2016, Wave 35 E-rate funding commitments, which included 4 funded applicants, committing $804,148.64.\u00a0 Wave 35 did not contain any Category 1 FRNs, but did include 13 Category 2 FRNs.\u00a0 A list of the funded applicants is below and a more detailed analysis of this funding wave is attached.\u00a0 If you are included on this list, the next step is to log into EPC to “generate” your FCDL (see helpful FCDL Guide at https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/?p=13411<\/a>), then file the Form 486 in EPC (see Form 486 Guide at https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/?p=13591<\/a>), and let your vendors know if you want discounted bills.\u00a0 No paper FCDLs are being mailed for FY 2016.<\/p>\n If you were funded for Category 2, be sure to review the Category 2 E-rate Purchasing Guide https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/?p=13311<\/a> for information on purchase orders, asset inventories, equipment substitutions and equipment transfers, etc.<\/p>\n If you were denied, you may appeal to USAC within 60 days of the FCDL date.\u00a0 FRNs that were denied are included in the attached spreadsheet.<\/p>\n If you have not yet been funded, please be sure to respond promptly to the PIA inquiries as soon as you receive the e-mail notice (see helpful PIA Review Guide at https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/?p=13451<\/a>) so you can ensure you’re in an upcoming wave. \u00a0\u00a0A funding wave will be released each week until all applications have been processed.<\/p>\n If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me at jtschell@comcast.net<\/a>.<\/p>\n
