~ Form 486 is Now Available for FY 2017! ~<\/p>\n

Congratulations to the following 15 PA schools and libraries (16 separate 471s), committing $214,206.\u00a0 All of the commitments are for Category 1 services.\u00a0 A list of the funded applicants is below and a more detailed analysis of this funding wave is attached.\u00a0 If you are included on this list, the next step is to log into EPC to “generate” your FCDL (see helpful FCDL Guide attached to this message), file the Form 486*, and contact your vendors to request discounted billing.\u00a0 The FY 2017 Form 486 is now available and can be filed in EPC.\u00a0 A Filing Guide is coming shortly!\u00a0 As with FY 2016, no paper FCDLs are being mailed for FY 2017.<\/p>\n

On the attached spreadsheet, if column I shows a red \u201cno\u201d it means your service provider has not yet submitted their FY 2017 Form 473 SPAC Form.\u00a0 You may wish to contact the vendor and let them know this should be filed ASAP in the vendor e-File System.<\/p>\n

If you were NOT included in the first five waves, it just means that your application hasn’t yet been reviewed.\u00a0 Be watching for e-mail for notification that your PIA questions are available in EPC.\u00a0 As soon as the questions are answered, you’ll likely be in an upcoming funding wave.<\/p>\n

A funding wave will be released each week until all funds are exhausted.<\/p>\n
