So far, 649 PA schools and libraries have submitted their FY 2018 Form 471s \u2013 almost exactly the same number at this same point last year.\u00a0 This also means that 300+ PA entities still have to file before this Thursday.\u00a0 If you haven\u2019t yet started the 471, please do so today!\u00a0 The forms, particularly Category 2 applications, can take several hours to complete.\u00a0 We are also seeing the EPC system beginning to really slow down from noon \u2013 5, so you may want to consider filing earlier or later in the day.\u00a0 Also, much of Pennsylvania is slated to get a snow storm tonight and tomorrow.\u00a0 If you cannot make the March 22 deadline, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.<\/p>\n
