This year, more than any other year, I encourage a representative from each school district to attend one of the 3 in-person E-rate trainings being held in various regions of the state. \u00a0This year’s workshops will again be full-day and be held in late October or early November.\u00a0 \u00a0This year’s workshop contents have been revamped from previous years to provide comprehensive, step-by-step training on how to apply for E-rate (both Priority 1 and Priority 2) under the new 2.0 program and, of course, each attendee will receive the revised comprehensive E-rate Resource Manual.\u00a0 It’s a day you don’t want to miss!<\/p>\n
Check-in will begin at 8:30 a.m., with the workshop running from 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.\u00a0 Each training is identical and lunch will be provided.\u00a0 Seating is limited to 2 attendees from each school or library, and you must register to attend (see below).\u00a0 The workshops are free, but a $50 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.<\/p>\n
