In addition to the \u201cCategory 2 Changes Webinar\u201d to explain the FCC\u2019s new C2 Order being held next Tuesday, I have scheduled two additional webinars to provide PA public schools, nonpublic schools and libraries with refresher training on Category 2\u00a0eligibility and competitive bidding. \u00a0Category 2 is the E-rate funding mechanism that provides discounts for networking equipment and infrastructure\u00a0within\u00a0a school or library building.\u00a0 Both bidding webinars will cover different content depending on the entity type as Pennsylvania public schools have much different requirements\/options than nonpublic schools and libraries.\u00a0\u00a0 Registration is required to participate.<\/p>\n
