Congratulations to the following 62 PA schools and libraries (138 separate FRNs),\u00a0committing $2,794,005.83.\u00a0 This\u00a0wave includes commitments for both Category 1 and Category 2 requests.\u00a0 A list of the funded applicants is below and a more detailed analysis of this funding wave is attached\u00a0(note:\u00a0 USAC\u2019s normal FRN Status Tool is down for maintenance, so the attached data was compiled using alternate resources and doesn\u2019t contain all of the regular fields that my reports typically contain).\u00a0\u00a0The FCDL PDFs were emailed to the Form 471 contact as well as the EPC Account Administrator (AA), however all EPC users can download the FCDL PDF in their EPC portals. \u00a0A FCDL User-Guide is available at:\u00a0\u00a0https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/FCDL-Guide-FY-2020.pdf<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If you were NOT included in this wave, do not worry!\u00a0 It just means that your application hasn’t yet been reviewed\/decided<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0Be watching your e-mail for notification that your PIA questions are available in EPC.\u00a0 As soon as the questions are answered, you’ll likely be in an upcoming funding wave.\u00a0 A funding wave will be released each week until all funds are exhausted.<\/p>\n

File the Form 486 in EPC.\u00a0 If you file the 486 before July 31, check the Early Filing box on the form.\u00a0 Also, please be careful to check the accurate CIPA certifications on the final page (don\u2019t get click happy!).\u00a0 Be sure to review this Form 486 Guide as you\u2019re filing as it walks you through each page of the form:\u00a0\u00a0https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/?p=32433<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. If your FRN was modified or denied, Columns M and N will provide what was modified from the original application or why the funding request was denied.\u00a0 If you do not agree with the modification or the denial, please consider submitting an appeal to USAC within 60 day of the FCDL date. \u00a0If you\u2019re unsure whether you should appeal, please let me know and I can provide guidance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
