~ List of Applicants That Have Not-Yet-Filed Listed Below ~<\/p>\n

Good morning, E-raters!\u00a0 Today is the day we wait for all year – the Form 471 deadline!\u00a0 Some final reminders:<\/p>\n

*\u00a0\u00a0 If you haven’t yet filed, please try to do so this morning before EPC begins to crawl (which starts around 11 am when California wakes up), or after 5 tonight.<\/p>\n

*\u00a0 Don’t forget that you must file a Form 471 every year of a multi-year contract.\u00a0 There’s no such thing as a multi-year E-rate funding commitment.<\/p>\n

Not-Yet-Filed:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0I compared who filed FY 2020 Category 1 applications and who has filed FY 2021 Category 1 applications as of 10 p.m. last night.\u00a0 Those who haven\u2019t yet filed are listed below \u2013 122 total, including 29 school districts.\u00a0 I assume that most of those on the list will be filing today, or in the next few days (and then seeking a deadline waiver request from the FCC), or have a very legitimate reason why they aren\u2019t submitting an application this year (perhaps they\u2019re included on a consortium application and don\u2019t need to file on their own this year).\u00a0 But if your name is on this list and you don\u2019t have a plan, please let me know so we can discuss your options.<\/p>\n
