{"id":33583,"date":"2021-09-02T01:27:49","date_gmt":"2021-09-02T01:27:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/e-ratepaorg.local\/?p=33583"},"modified":"2021-09-07T01:31:32","modified_gmt":"2021-09-07T01:31:32","slug":"ecf-update-and-new-webinar-scheduled-982021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/?p=33583","title":{"rendered":"ECF Update and New Webinar Scheduled (9\/8\/2021)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #500050;\">September 2, 2021<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ECF Funding and Invoicing Update<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Many of you have asked when<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>ECF Funding Commitment Letters will begin to be issued, and although I don\u2019t have an exact date, I expect it will be soon.\u00a0 Just like E-rate FCDLs, they\u2019ll be issued in weekly waves and you will receive them via e-mail.\u00a0 After you receive your ECF FCDL and equipment or service has been received, and after the new ECF Invoicing System has been released, you can file the ECF BEAR to seek reimbursement.\u00a0 Don\u2019t forget, vendor invoices must be uploaded with your ECF BEAR at time of completion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Changing Equipment\/Services\/Invoicing Mode<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you need to make modifications to your pre-commitment ECF funding requests, log into your ECF portal, click on your ECF Form 471 application, and use the modification feature under the Related Actions tab to ask your PIA reviewer to make changes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ongoing ECF PIA Inquiries<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>USAC has a separate PIA team of reviewers that are actively conducting outreach for submitted applications on which they have questions or need additional information.\u00a0 PIA outreach notifications will come via e-mail from \u201c<a href=\"mailto:admin@ecfportal.usac.org\">admin@ecfportal.usac.org<\/a>;
