*note* This is the final FY 2023 funding wave message you will receive on the listserve so we can transition to FY 2024.\u00a0 There are 64 Form 471s still pending for 48 different entities and I am working with USAC to speed up these reviews where I can see that no PIA activity has occurred in the last 30 days.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Congratulations to the\u00a0following 16 PA schools and libraries (59 separate FRNs),\u00a0committing\u00a0$1,085,271.15.\u00a0 These waves\u00a0include\u00a0commitments for both Category 1 and Category 2 requests.\u00a0 A list of the funded applicants is below and a more detailed analysis of these waves is attached.\u00a0 If you are included on this list, your Form 471 contact and EPC Account Administrator (AA) would have received an e-mail with a .pdf of the FCDL(s) attached.\u00a0 Please review the FCDL carefully to make sure you agree with USAC\u2019s decision.\u00a0 Then file the Form 486 and contact your vendors to request discounted billing if you so desire. \u00a0Be sure to refer to the\u00a0FCDL User-Guide<\/a>\u00a0if you have any questions about your FCDL.<\/p>\n

A few notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

— \u00a0After receiving your FCDL, the next step is to file the Form 486 in EPC.\u00a0Because it is after July 31, do not check the Early Filing Box.\u00a0 Also, please be careful to check the accurate CIPA certifications on the final page (don\u2019t get click happy!).\u00a0 Please review the\u00a0Form 486 Filing Guide<\/a>\u00a0for assistance when filing this form.<\/p>\n

— If your FRN was modified or denied, the last page of your FCDL will explain why the funding request was modified.\u00a0 If you do not agree with the modification or the denial, please consider submitting an appeal to USAC within 60 days of the FCDL date. \u00a0If you\u2019re unsure whether you should appeal, please let me know and I can provide guidance.<\/p>\n

—\u00a0The FCDLs are attached to the award e-mail notice and are in as .pdf format.\u00a0\u00a0 All EPC users in the organization\u2019s EPC account can download a copy on their EPC Landing Page under Notifications.<\/p>\n

— If you were funded for internal connections equipment, please review the\u00a0Category 2 Purchasing Guide<\/a>\u00a0to learn what information should be included on the PO and what your requirements are for asset inventories, etc.<\/p>\n
