Today is the Form 472 BEAR reimbursement deadline for both FY 2022 E-rate recurring services funding requests and the FY 2021 (Windows 1 and 2) Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) funding requests.\u00a0 Take action if your school or library\u2019s name is on one of the attached lists!<\/p>\n

E-rate:<\/strong>\u00a0There are 42 FY 2022 E-rate funding requests for recurring services that still have an invoice deadline of today and where no disbursements have been made thus far.\u00a0 If you are on the attached list, file an invoice deadline extension request (IDER) by 11:59 p.m. tonight to be given an extra 120 days to file this form and collect your funds.\u00a0 The IDERs are requested in EPC, not in the BEAR system.\u00a0 Log into EPC > Click on Name of School\/Library (under Welcome) > Related Actions > Invoice Deadline Extension Request.\u00a0 Use this Guide to understand how to complete the IDER:\u00a0\u00a0https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/IDER-Filing-Guide.pdf<\/a>.<\/p>\n

ECF:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0There are 219 FY 2021 (Windows 1 and 2) ECF funding requests that have an invoice deadline of today and where no disbursements have been made thus far.\u00a0\u00a0There is no option available to request an invoice deadline extension, so you must meet today\u2019s deadline if you want to seek reimbursement for your ECF commitments for these FRNs.\u00a0 Attached is a list of the impacted PA FRNs where no funding has been disbursed thus far, and where the invoicing mode is set to BEAR.\u00a0 An ECF BEAR invoicing guide is available at:\u00a0\u00a0https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/ECF-Invoicing-Aug-2023.pdf<\/a>.<\/p>\n
