Because stakeholders have several days to seek modifications to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.fcc.gov\/public\/attachments\/DOC-402610A1.pdf\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_pdf\" target=\"_blank\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/docs.fcc.gov\/public\/attachments\/DOC-402610A1.pdf&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1716598266773000&amp;usg=AOvVaw29rpX6OrdMkaR4uv1NDVbx\">draft Order<\/a>, I will wait and provide a summary of the Program after the final rules are adopted. \u00a0I expect the application window for this pilot program will open in the fall.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>FY 2022 Extended BEAR Deadline \u2013 May 28<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Attached is a list of PA FRNs that have quickly approaching FY 2022 BEAR deadlines where no disbursements have yet been made.\u00a0 Most of these FRNs had earlier BEAR deadlines that were extended and thus no additional extension options are available.\u00a0 Please review the attached list to determine if you must submit a BEAR by the May 28 deadline, if you received the approved equipment or service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Annual E-rate Survey<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;
