November 1!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>October 31, 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a reminder, tomorrow, November 1 at 11:59 p.m., is the deadline to submit the application to be considered for the FCC\u2019s $200 million Cybersecurity Pilot Program (CPP).&nbsp; Below are instructions for how the AA can manage EPC User Permissions.&nbsp; If you\u2019re unsure who is your EPC AA for your school or library, or if that person is no longer with the organization, call USAC at 888-203-8100 and they will work with you to change the EPC AA to a different staff member.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions for Designating Cyber Pilot Users in EPC:&nbsp;<\/strong>Applicants are now able to designate which EPC users will have certain permissions for the Cybersecurity Pilot Program.&nbsp; To review and set user permission levels, applicants should follow the steps (note &#8211; USAC denotes the Pilot at CBR in EPC):&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log into EPC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From the landing page, click\u00a0<strong>Manage Users<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the checkbox for your Billed Entity Number (BEN) and select\u00a0<strong>Manage User Permissions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>CBR User Permissions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the appropriate\u00a0<strong>CBR 484 Permission<\/strong>\u00a0level for each user<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Submit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Granting Permission to E-rate Consultants<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;Because of the highly sensitive nature of the Form 474 data, only 3 consultant contacts may be granted access to your CPP Portal.&nbsp; There is no limit to the number of school or library staff that are EPC Users who may be granted access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong>:&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Never answer Yes to question 5.2.&nbsp;
