Attached: DigitalConnectivityTechnology-FactSheet_2025.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n The PA Broadband Development Authority (PBDA) established the Digital Connectivity Technology Program<\/a> (DCTP) utilizing a portion of the $279 million allocated through the Capital Projects Fund \u2013 ARPA. This program will deploy laptops to eligible entities across the commonwealth for purposes of ensuring residents have not only the connectivity needed but also the devices needed to participate in our digital economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The first round of the DCTP $20 million competitive grant was open between June \u2013 August 2024, and now a second round of the grant is set to open on April 1, 2025<\/strong>. Submissions must be made through the Electronic Single Application (ESA). Applicants who were previously unsuccessful in round 1 or who were successful but did not receive the maximum number of 200 laptops may apply. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Attached is a 1-page summary of the initiative, and below are links to the DCTP grant guidelines, FAQs and the previous webinar recording.
