6 E-rate Funding Commitments Issued"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>June 3, 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attached: <a href=\"https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Waves-4-6.xlsx\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Waves-4-6.xlsx<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>~ Next Step: Form 486 ~<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Congratulations to the following 108 PA schools and&nbsp;libraries (172&nbsp;separate FRNs), committing $5,920,412.09.&nbsp; This wave&nbsp;includes commitments for both Category 1 and Category 2 requests.&nbsp; A list of the funded applicants is below and a more detailed analysis of these funding waves is attached.&nbsp; If you are included on this list, your Form 471 contact and EPC Account Administrator (AA) would have received an e-mail with a .pdf of the FCDL(s) attached.&nbsp; Please review the FCDL carefully to make sure you agree with USAC\u2019s decision.&nbsp; Then file the Form 486 and contact your vendors to request discounted billing if you so desire. &nbsp;A FCDL User-Guide is available at:&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FCDL-Guide-FY-2025.pdf\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FCDL-Guide-FY-2025.pdf<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:#00ff5a\" class=\"has-inline-color\">If you were NOT included in these waves,\u00a0do not worry!<\/mark>\u00a0\u00a0It just means that your application hasn&#8217;t yet been reviewed\/decided.\u00a0\u00a0Be watching for e-mail for notification that your PIA questions are available in EPC.\u00a0 As soon as the questions are answered, you&#8217;ll likely be in an upcoming funding wave.\u00a0 A funding wave will be released each week until all applications have been decided.\u00a0 If your application is pending in PIA review and your last communication with PIA was in February or March, please let me know.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A few notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212; The next step is to file the Form 486 in EPC.&nbsp; If you file the 486 before July 31, check the Early Filing box on the form.&nbsp; Also, please be careful to check the accurate CIPA certifications on the final page (don\u2019t get click happy!).&nbsp; If your FRN was modified or denied, the last page of your FCDL will explain why the funding request was modified.&nbsp; If you do not agree with the modification or the denial, please consider submitting an appeal to USAC within 60 days of the FCDL date. &nbsp;If you\u2019re unsure whether you should appeal, please let me know and I can provide guidance.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212;&nbsp;The FCDLs are attached to the award e-mail notice and are in as .pdf format.&nbsp;&nbsp; All EPC users in the organization\u2019s EPC account can download a copy on their EPC Landing Page under Notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212;
