Attached: Wave-15.xlsx<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n ~ Next Step: Form 486 ~<\/p>\n\n\n\n Important note: Due to a USAC e-mail system issue, Wave 15 awardees did not receive e-mails with their Funding Commitment Decision Letters (FCDLs) last Thursday. I am unsure if USAC will be able to issue the e-mail FCDLs after the issue is fixed, so if your entity\u2019s name is listed below, log into your EPC portal<\/a> and download your FCDL under the \u201cnews\u201d tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Congratulations to the following 26 PA schools and libraries (46 separate FRNs), committing $1,471,276.78. This wave includes commitments for both Category 1 and Category 2 requests. A list of the funded applicants is below and a more detailed analysis of these funding waves is attached. If you are included on this list, your Form 471 contact and EPC Account Administrator (AA) would have normally received an e-mail with a .pdf of the FCDL(s) attached, however due to a system error, those e-mails were not sent. Please download the FCDL from the EPC portal and review carefully to make sure you agree with USAC\u2019s decision. Then file the Form 486 and contact your vendors to request discounted billing if you so desire. A FCDL User-Guide is available at: FCDL-Guide-FY-2025.pdf<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you were NOT included in these waves, it just means that your application hasn’t yet been reviewed\/decided. Be watching for e-mail for notification that your PIA questions are available in EPC. As soon as the questions are answered, you’ll likely be in an upcoming funding wave. A funding wave will be released each week until all applications have been decided. If you have an application still pending and have not received any PIA inquiries, or it\u2019s been 60+ days since your last PIA correspondence, you can try to have your application escalated by doing a few things 1) call CSC at 888-203-8100 and ask that your application be escalated for review; 2) e-mail the PIA reviewer and ask if they have any additional questions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n A few notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n — The next step is to file the Form 486 in EPC. Because it is after July 31, you should NOT check the Early Filing box on the form. Also, please be careful to check the accurate CIPA certifications on the final page (don\u2019t get click happy!). If you do not agree with the modification or the denial, please consider submitting an appeal to USAC within 60 days of the FCDL date.
