Attached: wave-16.xlsx<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n ~ Next Step: Form 486 ~<\/p>\n\n\n\n Note: The USAC system error has been fixed and Wave 16 FCDLs were e-mailed last Thursday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Congratulations to the following 16 PA schools and libraries (29 separate FRNs), committing $750,798.11.\u00a0 This wave includes\u00a0commitments for both Category 1 and Category 2 requests.\u00a0 A list of the funded applicants is below and a more detailed analysis of these funding waves is attached.\u00a0 If you are included on this list, your Form 471 contact and EPC Account Administrator (AA) would have received an e-mail with a .pdf of the FCDL(s) attached.\u00a0 Please review the FCDL carefully to make sure you agree with USAC\u2019s decision.\u00a0 Then file the Form 486 and contact your vendors to request discounted billing if you so desire. \u00a0A FCDL User-Guide is available at:\u00a0\u00a0FCDL-Guide-FY-2025.pdf<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you were NOT included in these waves, it just means that your application hasn’t yet been reviewed\/decided. Be watching for e-mail for notification that your PIA questions are available in EPC. As soon as the questions are answered, you’ll likely be in an upcoming funding wave. A funding wave will be released each week until all applications have been decided. <\/p>\n\n\n\n If you have an application still pending and have not received any PIA inquiries, or it\u2019s been 60+ days since your last PIA correspondence, please send me the 471 # and date of your last correspondence with PIA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n A few notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n — The next step is to file the Form 486 in EPC.\u00a0\u00a0Because it is after July 31, you should NOT check the Early Filing box on the form.\u00a0 Also, please be careful to check the accurate CIPA certifications on the final page (don\u2019t get click happy!).\u00a0 The Form 486 Filing Guide is available at:\u00a0\u00a0Form-486-Filing-Guide-FY-2025.pdf<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n — If your FRN was modified or denied, the last page of your FCDL will explain why the funding request was modified. If you do not agree with the modification or the denial, please consider submitting an appeal to USAC within 60 days of the FCDL date.
