- Beginner Applicants \u2013 Let\u2019s Learn E-rate! —\u00a0<\/strong>There will be 3 beginners\u2019 training workshops \u2013 public schools, nonpublic schools, and libraries, each lasting approx. 2 hours. \u00a0The only two prerequisites to attending beginners\u2019 training are: \u00a01) you be a true beginner or need a basic refresh, and 2) you become set up as a \u201cUser\u201d in your school or library\u2019s EPC account\u00a0prior to<\/em>\u00a0training and have successfully logged into EPC. \u00a0(Only your school or library\u2019s\u00a0EPC Account Administrator (AA) can create a new User. \u00a0If you\u2019re unsure who is your EPC AA or if they need assistance in creating a new User, contact USAC at 888-203-8100 for help with that process.)\u00a0 \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
