Wave 3 Funding Committed"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>March 2, 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attached: <a href=\"https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Wave-3.xlsx\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_xlsx\">Wave-3.xlsx<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last week, USAC released the third wave of funding commitment decision letters for the FCC\u2019s CyberPilot Program (CPP), awarding&nbsp;$2,508,883.28 to 12 PA entities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below is a summary of Wave 3 and attached is a file containing Wave 3 detailed data.&nbsp; You\u2019ll notice the rows are listed by FRN Line Item, not FRN, in order to capture the granular products\/services and associated costs.&nbsp; (If you want to geek-out and look at all CPP nationwide data, look at USAC\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/opendata.usac.org\/Other-USAC-Programs\/Cybersecurity-Pilot-FCC-Form-471\/qr48-4kx4\/data_preview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Open Data Portal<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Where We Stand:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50 schools and libraries submitted CPP Form 471s, of which 32 entities have received commitments as of Wave 3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Total PA funding committed as of Wave 3 is $5,005,456.28\u00a0out of the $6,646,267 requested (post discount).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We understand that funding waves will be issued monthly, with USAC aiming to have all applications reviewed by May\/June 2026.\u00a0 PIA reviews are picking up speed, so if you haven\u2019t yet been funded, be sure to watch your in-box for PIA inquiries and try to respond quickly.\u00a0 Unfortunately, the CPP-available data does not show granular FRN Statuses like we have with the E-rate data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If You Have Been Funded:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>USAC has just released the CPP Form 472 BEAR (and vendor SPI) functionality in EPC.\u00a0 To learn about the new CPP Form 472 BEAR, review this guide:\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/?p=36219\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/e-ratepa.org\/?p=36219<\/a>.\u00a0 If you have been funded, and do not need to make any modifications to your application, please proceed to make your purchases and if you paid the vendor in full, then submit the CPP Form 472 BEAR to seek reimbursement.\u00a0 Note:\u00a0 You have 3 years from the FCDL data to receive services, so if you are funded for recurring services, you will want to start services right away.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you need to make post-commitment changes to your funded application, such as changing services, invoicing method, service start dates, etc., you must submit a CPP Form 488 in the CPP portal.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any questions, please let me know.&nbsp;
