~ Deadline is Thursday, April 16! ~<\/p>\n

The SLD has announced that the Client Service Bureau (CSB) will be open this weekend from 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. to provide assistance to applicants. \u00a0To reach CSB, call 888-203-8100 (hint:\u00a0 Hit ‘0’ when you reach the automated attendant).\u00a0 Next week CSB will be open until midnight every night.\u00a0 Call volumes are significantly higher during the last few days of the filing window, so you will generally reach an agent more quickly if you call this weekend or weekdays before 11:00 a.m. or after 5:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

In addition, I will be on e-mail all weekend, as well as next week, to assist applicants with last minute questions.\u00a0 The best way to reach me is ALWAYS through e-mail — jtschell@comcast.net<\/a>.<\/p>\n
