A summary of each commitment is listed below. All FY 2013 correspondence will be sent in PINK.

A wave will be arriving every week until the FY 2013 funding is exhausted. This wave consists of requests for Priority 1 services (telecom and Internet). If you were not funded in this wave, don’t worry! There are many, many more waves coming, and your commitment will be in one of the upcoming waves.
The next step for those entities funded in Waves 1 – 32 will be to file the Form 486 which tells the SLD it’s OK to pay invoices and that you are CIPA compliant. The Online Form 486 for FY 2013 is available and applicants listed below may file the form NOW. Because July 1 marks the start of the funding year, you do NOT have to check Item 6A on the Form 486. The deadline to file the Form 486 is 120 days from the date of your funding commitment letter or October 28, 2013, whichever is later. If you’re unsure how to file the Form 486 or which boxes to check, please refer to the Form 486 Guide at https://e-ratepa.org/Listserve-Archive/2013/05-29-13_2.html and the sample pages attached to that message.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me at jtschell@comcast.net.
Applicant Amount
ACHIEVEMENT HOUSE CHARTER SCHOOL $83,568.00
ALTOONA AREA PUBLIC LIBRARY $5,720.54
APPALACHIA INT UNIT 8 $489,233.57
BALD EAGLE AREA SCHOOL DIST $78,743.61
BRADFORD COUNTY LIBRARY $2,879.60
CARBONDALE PUBLIC LIBRARY $2,400.00
CHAMPION CHRISTIAN SCHOOL SOUTH $34,189.82
CHELTENHAM TWP SCHOOL DISTRICT $84,835.83
CLIU 21 EMOTIONAL SUPORT $2,268.00
CLYMER LIBRARY ASSOCIATION $1,439.52
COPLAY LEARNING CENTER $503.98
DU BOIS AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT $179,333.01
EAST CATHOLIC SCHOOL $4,169.04
FRIENDSHIP ACADEMY $17,661.67
HARAMBEE CHARTER SCHOOL $157,910.78
HAVERFORD SCHOOL $19,200.00
HOLY SPIRIT PROJECT CONNECT $233.38
INTERMEDIATE UNIT 24,CHESTER COUNTY IU $161,936.51
JORDAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL $144.96
JUNIATA COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT $51,751.90
MERCY SPECIAL LEARNING CENTER $1,473.42
MONROE CAREER & TECHNICAL INSTITUTE $16,432.00
NESHANNOCK TWP SCHOOL DISTRICT $9,200.23
NEW LIFE ALTERNATIVES, INC $1,140.00
NORTH STAR SCHOOL DISTRICT $25,162.28
OAKLAND CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL $4,129.97
PLUM BOROUGH COMMUNITY LIBRARY $1,170.82
PORT ALLEGANY SCHOOL DISTRICT $30,118.13
SARAH REED – HAMILTON PARTIAL $12,960.00
SHARON CHRISTIAN ACADEMY $37,465.67
SOMERSET COUNTY TECHNOLOGY CENTER $3,650.40
ST PETER SCHOOL $450.00
ST TERESA SCHOOL-PERRYSVILLE $1,828.88
VILLA MARIA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL $3,192.06
WINDBER AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT $46,592.00
FY 2013, Wave 32 Total $1,573,089.58

Julie Tritt Schell
PA E-rate Coordinator

717-730-7133 – o
717-730-9060 – f
jtschell@comcast.net
www.e-ratepa.org
Penn*link

[52

post-843","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-listserve_archive
["GET
