Revised PETE&C E-rate Workshop Content

Tomorrow (February 24) there are two E-rate workshops scheduled at the PETE&C Conference in Hershey. The first session (beginning at 9:15) was scheduled to be an E-rate 101 workshop, but based on applicants’ current needs, I’m changing that to be a session to walk everyone through each of the steps schools must take in EPC prior to filing the Form 471 which are:

• Step 1:  Ensure All Schools and Admin Buildings are in your EPC Portal
• Step 2:  Enter Enrollment and NSLP Data (in each school’s profile)
• Step 3:  Complete Connectivity Survey
• Step 4:  Enter Contract Data (for all contracts that you will cite on the 471)

The follow-up session (same room, beginning at 10:30) will be a demonstration of the new Form 471 and will be held as scheduled.
